Thomas Krupko, MD

Physical Medicine

Thomas A. Krupko, MD, FACS, joined the staff of Family Health Physical Medicine, LLC in January 2017 as our Medical Director and collaborating M.D. Dr. Krupko’s specialty is Orthopaedic Surgery and he has been a welcome addition to our family. Dr. Krupko earned his medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his Internship and Residency at Akron City Hospital where he attained to Chief Resident his final year. He earned a Fellowship in Foot and Ankle Surgery from the Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. Dr. Krupko is honored as a Diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, gratefully displaying the letters FACS following his name. Dr. Krupko shares his life with his spouse, Cathy, and he is the proud father of six children.

Don Downing, DPT

Physical Therapist

Don is our Physical Therapist . He is a graduate of Wheeling Jusuit University where he earned his MSPT in 2002 and his doctorate of PT in 2006. He is skilled in several areas of Physical Therapy including Mckenzie’s Mechanical Diagnostic Therapy and Dry Needling. Don’s interests include glass sandblasting and restoration of old cars

Nick Koinoglou, D.C., Dipl. Ac. (IAMA)

Chiropractor

Nick Koinoglou, DC, CME, Dipl. Ac. (IAMA), of Family Health Physical Medicine, LLC, has been serving the needs of patients in the Alliance, Ohio area since 1992. As a chiropractor, Dr. Koinoglou, or better known as Dr. Nick, turns to a number of innovative therapies designed to treat a host of pain and mobility issues without resorting to risky drugs or surgeries.

From back pain, disc issues to headaches, Dr. Nick believes that by treating the musculoskeletal system as a whole, he’s not only able to relieve the immediate symptoms, he sets his patients up for a lifetime of health and wellness, avoiding re-injury down the road.

Through spinal adjustments, spinal decompression, acupuncture, regenerative medicine, physical rehabilitation, and joint fluid therapy, Dr. Nick and his team work tirelessly to restore full function to his patients, allowing them the freedom to move without pain or discomfort.

Dr. Nick accepts all cases, including automobile crash cases, workers’ compensation, Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance cases. Dr. Nick is also a Certified Medical Examiner (CME) that now offers Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals, drug screens, pre-employment testing and several other tests and screenings for employers.

When he isn’t helping his patients, Dr. Nick enjoys being a father to three beautiful girls, Kristina, Alessandra and Angelina and husband to his lovely wife, Maria.
